Returns Coordinator

Then we are looking for you! As a Returns Coordinator at Exertis Benelux, you are responsible for efficiently managing and coordinating the return process, from A to Z.

Job Description

As a Returns Coordinator, you are the central figure in the return process and work closely with customers, suppliers, internal departments, and your team. Your tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating the return process: from receipt, registration, and processing to administrative handling in our SAP system.
  • Analyzing return requests: assessing based on warranty conditions, product status, and company guidelines, and ensuring quick and efficient handling.
  • Communicating with customers, suppliers, and internal departments regarding returns and refunds.
  • Leading two employees responsible for the physical handling of returns.
  • Reporting on return figures, causes, and areas for improvement to management.
  • Setting up quality procedures for testing and assessing returns.
  • Identifying trends in returns and implementing improvements to make the process more efficient.

We are looking for someone with:

  • A MBO+/HBO work and thinking level, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Experience with return processes and logistical systems.
  • An analytical and solution-oriented mindset, with attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with different departments and parties.
  • Good command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written; additional languages are a plus.
  • Leadership experience or the ambition to grow into a leadership role.
