DE&I respresentatives

We are excited to announce that Melanie Smit has been appointed as a representative who has joined the DEI Council within the group. Her dedication to these important issues will lead to new initiatives and strengthen our commitment to an even more inclusive culture within our organization. One of these initiatives is the creation of an Employee Resource Group (ERG) for women, providing a platform for empowerment and support. This is just the beginning. Every quarter, the DE&I representatives from all Exertis companies come together for a global DEI council. During these councils, ideas and initiatives are shared and discussed, including best practices from the various representatives.

Employee Resource Group

At Exertis Benelux, we have an Employee Resource Group (ERG), made up of talented women from various departments. During meetings, a variety of important topics are discussed related to recruitment and employee development, and valuable ideas are raised that we can implement as an organisation.
