Would you like to enjoy a BBQ with your team at your own location at the end of summer? You can! You’ve been selected to participate in a fun incentive. If you purchase €2,000.00 worth of HP Poly products via Exertis AV before Saturday, August 30, you will earn a BBQ for 10 people (worth €200.00) at your own location. To participate, you must first fill out a form indicating your intent to join the incentive.

Promotion terms and conditions
- Participation in this incentive is by invitation only from Exertis AV for pre-selected resellers.
- Participation must be approved in advance by both Exertis AV and the reseller via the online form.
- The incentive period runs from July 1, 2025, to August 30, 2025.
- A minimum of €2,000.00 in HP Poly products must be purchased before August 30, 2025.
- All orders and participation must be approved in advance by Exertis AV and the reseller.
- The BBQ will be organized on a date and time agreed upon with the winner, and provided by a third-party organization that will deliver and collect menus, barbecues, and tableware. Beverages must be arranged by the participating reseller. The maximum contribution from Exertis is €200.00 per reseller.
- The winner is responsible for providing a suitable location for the BBQ and for allowing delivery and pickup of menus and materials.
- A representative from HP/Poly and/or Exertis AV will also be present at the BBQ.
- Your information will be shared with HP Poly, and photos of the event may be used in our news updates or on LinkedIn.
- Exertis AV reserves the right to modify the terms of the incentive or cancel the incentive at any time.
