Exertis Benelux B.V. now the umbrella legal entity for Exertis Amacom and Exertis AV

During our partner event in May 2024, we informed all attendees about a change in the organizational structure of our company. While Exertis AV consolidates all business activities in the world of Pro AV and UCC, its sister company Exertis Amacom is active in the field of consumer electronics. Both sales units are part of Exertis Benelux, the overarching legal entity.

Many of our partners may still be familiar with names such as GO Telecom and Exertis Pro AV, or with the name of our parent company Amacom, The Amazing Company B.V. As of today, the official company name will change in all cases to Exertis Benelux B.V., although we will continue to operate in the market under the well-known name Exertis AV. Within Exertis AV, the familiar red color remains, the team continues to work from our Moerdijk office, and the phone number for daily business remains unchanged.

We are pleased with this new setup, which enables us to respond even more effectively to the specific needs of our partners in the various markets in which we operate, thanks to a clear and streamlined structure.
