Exertis Benelux B.V. is currently the overarching legal entity for Exertis Amacom and Exertis AV

During the celebration of our 25th anniversary in May 2024, we informed all attending partners at the joint event of Exertis Amacom and Exertis AV about an upcoming change in the organizational setup of our company, including the new name. Last week, our partners received an extensive letter by post and digitally, in which we formalized and further explained this announcement. Today is the day, and the new name is officially in effect!

We are proud to announce that, as of today (Tuesday, April 1), Exertis Benelux B.V. is the overarching 'legal entity' for Exertis Amacom and Exertis AV. While Exertis Amacom is primarily active in the world of consumer electronics, sister company Exertis AV operates in the Pro AV and UCC sectors. Amacom, The Amazing Company B.V., Megami B.V., and Quecom B.V. will merge their services under Exertis Amacom and will no longer exist as separate entities. The same applies to GO Telecom and Exertis Pro AV, which will merge within Exertis AV.

 

Familiar style in a new look

Within Exertis Amacom, the familiar purple color remains intact, while Exertis AV retains the well-known red color. However, in both cases, we have refreshed and updated the branding on various fronts.

Thanks to this organizational setup, we can better respond to the specific needs of our partners in the different markets in which we operate, all within a streamlined structure.
