The sale of Barco ClickShare CX series for video conferencing was exclusive to Barco Connect! Partners until December 31, 2023. Starting from January 1, 2024, it is possible for non-Connect! partners to offer the entire Barco ClickShare portfolio, including video bars, to their end customers. This means there is no longer a need for separate accreditation to sell the CX range (CX-20, CX-30, CX-50, and CX-50 Gen. 2).

Barco ClickShare Trade-in
Old ClickShare models End-of-Software Support: Inform your customers about the Trade-in program!
It was previously announced that the ClickShare models CS-100, CS-100 Huddle, CSE-200, CSE-200+, CSE-800 would be End-of-Life as of December 31, 2021. As of December 31, 2024, software support for these models will also end.
There will be no further firmware updates or security patches for these models. For units with extended warranty or EssentialCare, or for general warranty conditions, the service end date is December 2024. Extended warranty or EssentialCare can no longer be sold after December 31, 2024!
Service and repair requests will be covered according to Barco's EOL policy until the End-of-Service date of December 31, 2026, or until the end of an existing maintenance contract.
We recommend Connect! partners to inform their customers about the Trade-in program so that old models can be replaced at a discount for new models that guarantee software updates and security. The Trade-in option also applies to a selected range of competing products that can be exchanged for Barco solutions.
