Strategic Update DCC Technology strengthens Exertis Benelux's position

Exertis Benelux, including Exertis Amacom and Exertis AV, has been part of DCC plc for many years — an international, publicly listed company headquartered in Ireland. The DCC Technology division consists of three segments: Info Tech, Pro Tech, and Life Tech. Within this structure, our operations in the Benelux fall under the latter two. Under Pro Tech, we provide professional AV and UCC solutions, while within Life Tech we are active with our extensive portfolio in consumer electronics.

Recently, DCC Technology decided to sell its Info Tech division in the United Kingdom and Ireland to AURELIUS, a globally active investment firm with a strong track record in growing businesses. This development represents a positive and strategic step forward for Exertis Benelux. It enables DCC Technology to fully focus on the high-performing specialist segments of Pro Tech and Life Tech - areas in which Exertis Benelux excels. This sharpened focus brings greater clarity, allows for more targeted investments, and provides a solid foundation for sustainable growth.

No impact on collaboration or operations

For our customers and partners, nothing will change. The sale of the Info Tech division has no impact on our cooperation or daily operations. Exertis Benelux remains fully part of DCC Technology and continues to commit to service, innovation, and growth within the Benelux market.
