Administrative Assistant

You will primarily work from our location in Rosmalen.
This is a part-time position for 24 to 32 hours per week (working days and hours are negotiable with you).
What will you do?
- Entering and verifying purchase invoices against the purchase order.
- Registering and booking cost invoices.
- Communicating with the purchasing department and suppliers about invoices.
- Creating and managing creditor master data.
- Booking and reconciling bank statements and processing credit card statements.
We are looking for someone with:
- At least 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the Finance or Purchasing department.
- You work independently and accurately.
- You are solution-oriented and have a practical mindset.
- Knowledge of SAP and Excel is a plus.
- You are proficient in both Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
