Inbound

Warehousing
Amacom has over 20,000 m² of warehouse space spread across three centrally located, strategic locations. Thousands of products are securely stored here, ready for distribution.
Inventory Management
A team of experts in purchasing and inventory management is ready to provide daily support for the acquisition of your goods. Additionally, Quecom, the online ordering and information system developed by Amacom, provides real-time insight into stock levels.
IT Integration
Exertis Amacom offers the possibility to automate processes through API and EDI integrations. The development team is ready to implement any desired integration.
Content
The content team at Exertis Amacom ensures relevant content in the form of product information (EAN, description, stock, price) and product images in our ordering and information system Quecom.
Order Processing
Placed orders are automatically processed and collected in the logistics center, inspected, and prepared for shipment.
Packing
The appropriate packaging method is chosen for each order. Orders are neutrally packed in a unique purple shipping box.
Delivery
Orders placed before 10:00 PM are delivered by Amacom within 24 hours, six days a week, directly to customers, (web) stores, pick-up points, and central warehouses, including track & trace options.
Invoicing
Amacom supports its partners by relieving them of financial administration within the logistics process. Amacom handles the entire online payment process, from invoicing to processing bank transactions.
Reporting
Always have a complete overview from A to Z. Our online ordering and information system Quecom provides real-time insight into every detail of the collaboration at any time of the day.
Returns
Exertis Amacom has its own department for handling returns. Returns are checked, registered, and processed correctly on a daily basis.
